All you need for this is construction paper, glue, scissors and pipe cleaners. We also decided to use googly eyes :)

Have your little one pick out a couple of different colors of paper. Bug picked out 5 and that was WAY too many for the size we decided to do.

If your little one is able have them cut the papers into strips. The strips can very in size but should be cut vertically (so your paper is in the portrait position)

{The next few steps were too hard for Bug but she was able to pick the colored strips I used}

Using the glue have your little one form a circle with 1 strip of paper gluing the ends together....

If your little one is too small to form the circles have pick the colored strips to use...

Form a 'chain link' with the circles....we chose to make ours 4 circles but you can do any size

We used four links in each spot to make it look 'fuzzy'....(leaving the head with only 3)

After letting it dry it was time to get our legs, antennae and eyes on it

Have your little one pick out the googly eyes....
{If you don't have them show them where to draw them on}

Flip the eyes over and use a small amount of glue on the back of each one...

Have your little one place the eyes on the 'head'....

Have your little one pick out the 'legs'.....
{To be quite honest I am not sure how many legs a caterpillar she chose 3 pipe cleaners!}

On the bottom of the caterpillar place the pipe cleaners through the middle two rings....

After all the legs are placed...bend them into a 'U' shape and then make a 90 degree angle for the feet....

I could only get the front feet to hold it up....

Have your little one pick one more pipe cleaner....Bend it in half and then twist it to keep it together...

Slide the twisted part in between the links that form the head and 1 part of the body....

Wash the glue off your little ones hands and clean up all the supplies and your done :)

Easter Wreath

While walking through Walmart the other day Bug saw this and asked if we could make it :)

So I thought you needed glue for this project...turns out you don't :)...But I did find I needed a couple pieces of scotch tape

I cut open the bag and let Bug dump everything out

I had Bug pop all the eggs out

All the pieces except the strings came with a removable back so they could be stuck together
{Guess its been a while since I bought a pre-made art project...last time I did you needed glue for it :)  }

She stuck all the eggs on :)

It also came with small sparkly pieces to stick on the eggs

Pop out the pre-cut holes on the wreath and the sign

Put the string through the holes on the wreath and then place tap over them to hold them in place
Then thread the string through the hole of the sign placing tape on the back of the sign to hold it in place

1/2 way done :)

Attach the string to the top

Using our glitter pens Bug added a little more decoration

Here is our final project :)

We let it dry and hung it on the front door!!!

Clean up was simple! I threw all the backings in the garbage and we were done!
