Fast and Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

This recipe is SO easy!!! Bug was pretty much able to do it all by herself!

The original recipe called for Vanilla frosting but we used Chocolate instead. It tasted a lot like a peanut butter cup!


 

* 1 (16oz) container of Frosting {any brand will work }
* 1 (16oz) jar of Peanut Butter { any brand will work }
* 1 pan
* Wax Paper { Optional but makes clean up much easier }
*Medium bowl for mixing
* Spoon for mixing
*Pam cooking spray





1) Line pan with Wax Paper if you are choosing to use that

[ I highly recommend that you spray your spoon with Pam as it got REALLY sticky!! ]


2) Open the peanut butter and scoop the jar into a medium mixing bowl


3) Open the frosting (be sure foil lid is removed fully)
4) Place frosting in the microwave for 30 seconds
          (Ours wasn't fully melted so we added another 10 seconds) - We let it sit a few seconds so that it was warm but not hot that way Bug could do it all by herself!


5) Pour warm frosting over peanut butter and mix well


6) Pour mixture into wax paper lined pan
7) Smooth out and place in fridge to cool and set { Time depends on thickness of fudge - an hour or so should be good. We left ours in until snack time and that was about 3 hours.... }


8) Cut and enjoy!! 





[If you aren't a huge peanut butter fan a whole jar may be too much peanut butter]
