These days you can buy pretty cool puzzles but not many of them are personalized! Making a personalized puzzle is something your child would love to help with!!
The materials that you will need are glue, a box knife or x-acto knife, an old card board box and a picture your little one colored or painted. You will also need a cutting board of some sort.
Flip the paper over and put a generous amount of glue on the back
Flip the paper over again and apply pressure to attach it to the card board.
Let sit to dry for a few hours......Once it is dry....
Draw your lines lightly with a pencil to mark out the pieces you want to cut.
If your child is younger a few bigger pieces will be perfect. If you have an older child you can make your pieces in smaller more challenging pieces.
Cut your pieces using your knife.
Your child now has a fairly durable personalized puzzle for next to nothing!!!
